I took 638 photos during our visit to Montana and Wyoming and most of them turned out like this one. But as my fellow bloggers know if you take 638 photos you're bound to get a few good ones. Much to the annoyance of my husband.
On road trips such as this, one learns to take photos from a speeding car because your husband won't stop for the 52nd time to take a picture of yet another Buffalo. (No this one wasn't actually taken at high speed, this guy was uncomfortably closer to my car window, giving me the eye.)
"Quick honey, pull over! I need to take my gazillionth photo of an elk from over 200 yards away on my dinky digital camera!"
It just isn't a hike unless my husband has coffee.
How she spent the long hours in the car.
My favorite photo. The Chapel Of The Transfiguration.
Such beautiful country. It was hard to leave.
